Subject: [Ada] Fix regression on c460007

Tested on x86-linux, committed on mainline.

Previous change in eval_fat.adb caused a regression on c460007.
At the time, we thought the regression was actually showing a latent,
already existing bug, but the eval_fat.adb change was actually not
proper. A new patch is being developed, in the meantime, revert previous
change.
