* Makefile.am: Define ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS.
* acinclude.m4: Remove.
* stamp-h.in: Remove superfluous stamp file.
* aclocal.m4, configure, Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* testsuite/Makefile.in: Likewise.
