[docpatch] Document SPARC VIS builtins


  I didn't document the SPARC VIS builtins when I created them.  This patch
fixes that by documenting the available builtins.  This patch has been tested
with make info and make dvi as well as navigating around the new section
to ensure everything is referenced correctly.
