[Ada] cosmetic change in gnat tools output

Subject: [Ada] cosmetic change in gnat tools output

Tested on x86-linux, committed on mainline.

This is a cosmetic change to output the copyright message on a separate
line from the tool version message. This improves readability and avoids
having version messages that may exceed 80 characters.
This change is being made for gnatbind, gnatchop, gnatfind, gnatlink, gnatls,
gnatmake, gprep, gnatxref, and the compiler.
