Note: IMHO the correct solution to this "problem" is to fix the HTML
generation software to avoid such conflicts. The software must
already be able to convert section names into legal file names, to
handle spaces, punctuation, etc. We should not have to change the
documentation - especially semantically - to account for limitations
in the HTML conversion software or its use.
