I've been informed on IRC that these are considered pre-approved, as long
as they validate, etc.
I removed the extra space added to the blank line (that's what the + +
really is, it's a blank line, mailer wrap-f*cked it), and removed the
words "and reorganization", and will commit the result in a few hours if
no one objects.
