[treelang] Fix comments to make me and emacs happy.


Hi,

  This patch reformats bits of the treelang frontend to make me and emacs
happier.  This patch is bootstrapping and regtested in combination with the
next two patches.  I'll commit it once the testing is done both with
--enable-mapped-location and --disable-mapped-location.
