PATCH: Mention csl-sol210-3_4-branch

- Subject: PATCH: Mention csl-sol210-3_4-branch

This patch mentions a new CVS branch for Solaris 2.10 development off
of the GCC 3.4 branch. I'll be checking in our port on that branch
momentarily. We then expect to move that code to the
csl-sol210-branch (which is off of the mainline) in the near future.
>From there, we'll merge to mainline -- but probably not until Stage 1
for GCC 4.1.
