[RFA:] Removals in gcc/testsuite: g77-dg.exp, mike-g77.exp, g77.exp.

These are apparently not used, at least there's no effect on a
i686-pc-linux-gnu (FC2) make -k check and "grep" gives no sign
of usage. About as obvious as it can get before I'd just call
it plain obvious. Maybe it's actually over the lower threshold
and it's just thermal noise that I'm not committing it. Or a
Schottky effect. 8-P

Ok to commit? (Trivial patch elided.)

gcc/testsuite:

	* lib/g77-dg.exp: Remove unused file.
	* lib/mike-g77.exp: Ditto.
	* lib/g77.exp: Ditto.

brgds, H-P
