I don't think so since I don't see the ChangeLog entry.  This is the
uberbaum tree(symbolic links to the mainline tree) updated only a
few days ago.  The last gcc ChangeLog entry is:

	PR target/17119.
	* config/m32r.c (gen_compare): Use reg_or_int16_operand when
	checking for a valid constant, regardless of sign.
