[gfortran] Convert frontend to buildN

This lovely patch, whose writing and testing took much less time than writing
the ChangeLog, replaces all uses of build by appropriate calls to build1,
build2, etc. as these are now preferred. I also introduced macros build2_v and
build3_v which in turn call build2 and build3 with a void as type, and removed
build_v, as it's not used anymore after this patch.

Built and tested, diff attached.
