This does not look like valid HTML, have you validated it?  I suspect
that <strong> needs to be embedded in <p>.

It is not valid XHTML Strict. It is valid Transitional. http://snipurl.com/8iw4 is a W3C validator URL including a DOCTYPE override, so that you can see the issues with XHTML Strict in that page.


The usage of tables in this page makes it not so obvious to use Strict markup (<td width="33%"> is not valid XHTML Strict), but it is easy to make it ok.
