I am just testing the merge, so hope it will pass with no problems.
Thinks seems to be shaping nicely. Some of uglier hacks I had in tree
are no longer neccesary so I guess I can merge most of profiling and
profile estimation without major dificulties.
Do you have any idea what is the status of inlining? (the branch should
contain everything needed for multiple CFGs, right? Perhaps I can get
gradually to inlining by adding secondary mode doing CFG early and no
inlining right now)
