maintainer-scripts/gcc_release.
Yes. Kelley's statement is correct. (Though no-one should have run cvs
update in the scripts directory on gcc.gnu.org yet while the incorrect
version is the head revision.)

I reverted my 2004-07-15 change to maintainer-scripts/gcc_release on
mainline.
