Is that really portable? I didn't think vectors were supported on all architectures. Do we now support them, even on machines that don't have vector hardware?This patch fixes PRs 16518 and 16337, which are both regressions from my recent decl-specifier changes.
I don't know how to do a fully portable test case for 16337. Any
suggestions?
Didn't I give a portable testcase in the bug:

vector signed int foo (void)
{
vector signed int v1 = { 1, 2, 3, 4 };
vector signed int v2, v3;
vector signed int v4;
