Can you mention any ETA for CodeSourcery's contribution in this area?

That's a good question. We're waiting on Wind River to finalize certain stuff for the next OS release; until that point, changes are still being made in the configuration. There is both binutils and GCC impact. I think we're talking months, not weeks or years, before this stuff gets checked back in.
