That's a good question. We're waiting on Wind River to finalize certain stuff for the next OS release; until that point, changes are still being made in the configuration. There is both binutils and GCC impact. I think we're talking months, not weeks or years, before this stuff gets checked back in.I don't think I heard anything after this. (That's fine I suppose -- to the extent that I care, I'm able to use my patch, and others have access to it on the list. It's not like configuring for MIPS vxworks is trivial, due to the issues w/ current binutils being incompatible w/ the WRS ones, so few people are likely to want to try this IMO.)
Can you mention any ETA for CodeSourcery's contribution in this area?
