The SC are not lawyers. If you want to contact the FSF, try going to
www.fsf.org and looking for contact information.

Then you point them at the GPL FAQ,
http://www.fsf.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html
or license terms for specific libraries,
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/17_intro/license.html
and tell them to read.
