Indicate in g77 news that GCC 3.4 is the last edition to containg77.

Mark,
If it doesn't interfere with your 3.4.1 schedule to much, I'd like to
apply the attached patch to gcc/gcc/f/news.texi on the 3.4 branch.
This will cause the end-of-life message for g77 to be visible in
"Fortran 77 status", as linked to from GCC's home page (and be included
in the manual).
Patch tested with a build of g77.info and make dvi.
