I hit a snag with one of the contributors who rejected the idea of doing
any new paperwork, although they were already a significant GCC
contributor. Since the FSF and this contributor could not agree on a
plan of action, we seemed to have hit a brick wall.
However, Mark Wielaard recently volunteered to help sort this out. He
has more experience than I on negotiating assignments with the FSF.
Unfortunately Mark is on vacation right now. Hopefully we'll see some
progress in the next couple of weeks.
In the meanwhile, there has also been some discussion on the
libffi-discuss mailing list about this problem and the need for non-GCC
