[committed] Fix charset/asm2.c test case

Hello,

this fixes a test suite regression in gcc.dg/charset/asm2.c caused
by a renamed error message.

Tested on s390-ibm-linux and s390x-ibm-linux,
committed to mainline as obvious.

Bye,
Ulrich

ChangeLog:

	* gcc.dg/charset/asm2.c: Allow 'parse error' instead of 'syntax error'
	in the error message text.
