I think someone watches out for new GNU software releases and submits them
to the TP, so no. (Though if bug 13485 has been fixed on 3.4 branch
before 3.3.3 comes out, then a 3.4 snapshot should be submitted (in the
hope that translations with active translators will be more or less up to
date when 3.4.0 comes out) and translation effort may have switched to 3.4
so having a new 3.3.x file in the TP will be of less use.)
