The alternative is to make mipsisa32*-linux* default to those options. 
The way to do this is further down in config.gcc, in the section which
defaults with_foo if --with-foo was not passed; or up top in the
mipsisa* section.  Doesn't really matter, just be sure not to override
them if they are specified.
