One of the compilations of gcc.c-torture/compile/20001226-1.c, which timed out in one run but not in the other; and one of the compilations of cpp/_Pragma3, which failed with the warning "current file is older than mi1c.h".

I don't think these are bugs that I fixed; I think they're just
random fluctuations of load and filesystem status, and they
just happened to fail in one run and not the other.

This is a gcc extension. Use ENUM_BITFIELD.

Otherwise ok.
