This breaks sh-elf:

/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/gcc/xgcc -B/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/gcc/ -nostdinc -B/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/sh-elf/newlib/ -isystem /swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/sh-elf/newlib/targ-include -isystem /swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/srcw/newlib/libc/include -B/usr/local/sh-elf/bin/ -B/usr/local/sh-elf/lib/ -isystem /usr/local/sh-elf/include -isystem /usr/local/sh-elf/sys-include -L/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/ld -O2 -DIN_GCC -DCROSS_COMPILE -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Werror -isystem ./include -g -DIN_LIBGCC2 -D__GCC_FLOAT_NOT_NEEDED -I. -I -I../../srcw/gcc -I../../srcw/gcc/ -I../../srcw/gcc/../include -DL_negvdi2 -c ../../srcw/gcc/libgcc2.c -o libgcc/./_negvdi2.o
../../srcw/gcc/libgcc2.c: In function `__negvdi2':

../../srcw/gcc/libgcc2.c:175: warning: 'w' might be used uninitialized in this function
make[2]: *** [libgcc/./_negvdi2.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/gcc'
make[1]: *** [stmp-multilib] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/swbuild/nightly/2003-11-02/sh-elf/gcc'
make: *** [all-gcc] Error 2

Note that the target being built is 'libgcc/./_negvdi2.o', so file-selective
blacklisting won't work. But then, -Wuninitialized is actually expected
to give false positives from time to time, so fixing it for one file is
no permanent solution anyway. I think we shoudn't mix -Wuninitialized
with -Werror at all.
