This is one of many alternatives for 2nd part.
This patch installs dmp_tree() as debug_tree() and renames
original debug_tree() as debug_tree_old().

        * print-tree.c (debug_tree_old): Rename debug_tree()
        (debug_tree): New function. Directly call dmp_tree2().
