* config/ia64/ia64.c (ia64_expand_call): Force function address
to DImode.
* config/ia64/ia64.md (call_gp): Put DImode on operand 0.
This is OK, but you might want to do a quick sanity-check to make sure
you didn't break other ia64-linux-gnu (probably just a compile and
build of libgcc should do it).
