The ChangeLog file in src/. is different from the one in gcc/.
The ChangeLogs in */config should end up the same in the end.
So two sets of patches will be needed.
Attached are three patches
a) the toplevel patch for GCC
b) the very similar toplevel patch for src
c) a config/ patch for both gcc and src since they were identical
