* config.sub (m68k-unknown-linux-uclibc, m68k-unknown-uclinux-uclibc):
New targets.

Patches for config.sub and config.guess go to config-patches gnu
org. When a change is committed there, anyone's free to import
the pristine config sources (not just patches).
The original patch was also sent to config-patches at gnu org...
but I got no reply. Shall I resend just the config.sub change or
bug them to get it applied?
