[janitor] Convert objc to ISO C90

The appended aptch converts the objc-act files to ISO C90 prototypes.

Tested with bootstrap/regtesting (c+objc only) on x86_64-linux-gnu,

Andreas

2003-09-14  Andreas Jaeger  <aj@suse.de>

	* objc/objc-act.c: Convert to ISO C90 prototypes.
	* objc/objc-act.h: Likewise.
