The patch is ok, but there appears to be no assignment on file,
so we can't apply this yet.
I've posted back to FSF my signed copies of the papers last week
by priority mail. Should be there already or in a few days.
Is it ok to commit the patch now? I have more pending patches
which I'll have to rediff against mainline soon, but this one
needs to go in first.
