We checked out the 3.3-branch to do the final english edits.  Is there
now a 3.3.1 that I didn't know about?  Are we working on the wrong
version?

The goal is to be finished by the end of next week (7/25) with the
english edits and upload then.  Are there a lot of on-going changes
that we need to update the version of the manual we are working on
before that date?
