ADFC changed its web page a long time ago... we are sorry for the
inconvenience: http://adfc.sourceforge.net
The problem is that we have translated source code to C++, so I am
sure that you will not find the program interesting anymore. We mantain
an old java version ready for downloading, but it is so old that it is
not representative of all the work and improvements we applied to the
code. I think that it is a good idea to remove the link...
