Ok.  I hadn't done so previously because I thought that FSF standards
indicated that documentation changes don't need a changelog entry but I
see lots of others in the ChangeLog so I obviously missed a precedent.

Ok.  I didn't think there was any reason to go to the effort of updating
the branch with this.  It's really a corner case and a "Well, duh" kind
of caveat.  But, I've added it now.
