Zack - I believe these bits should have been deleted when the
m68k-motorola-sysv port was zapped.

Ok for mainline?

PS: There are a number of targets which don't even link cc1 (and
haven't for a few releases.)  I believe these should be additional
candidates for deprecation and removal.  If I determine which entries
are suitable for such a list, can we obsolete some more cruft?
