There are some simulators in the Red Hat sid package. This is also
available from sources.redhat.com, and can also be checked out as part
of the combined /cvs/src repository.
There are also simulators from various vendors that will work. Some
free, some not. ARM has an ARM simulator for instance. I don't know if
this one is free. HP has a free binary-only IA-64 simulator. Etc.
