I always do for the real commit, but post the old style entries since I'm
still using Emacs 19.34 (and prefer that format for personal work).

I have checked in configure twice: the first time I tried to minimize
spurious differences in line numbering etc., but missed the
glibcpp_PCHFLAGS by accident.  Then I regenerated with vanilla autoconf
2.13, which creates a large diff but no change in actual contents and
commited that ;-(  What a mess.
