Yes. It looks like the dllimport/export documentation has been lost
altogether from extend.texi.

* doc/extend.texi (Function Attributes): Remove documentation
for PowerPC Windows NT function attributes..
It was really out of date anyway. I'll update the bits from 3.3
extend.texi this weekend.
