No, it's not.
As I explained in private email to another person, I didn't actually read the text, just did replacement based on the conversions I knew were made.
I could restrict it, but we should probably be moving to milestones anyway, which would make it moot.




We could switch entirely to milestones for release management as more
expressive (able to distinguish immediately which bugs are critical for
3.3.1 and which for 3.4, put a bug off to the next release (only), ...).
