In any substantive way? Besides, comparing 5.5.3 vs. 5.2.5 I get:

> autogen - The Automated Program Generator - Ver. 5.2.5
> $ $ag inclhack.def
> $ autogen -v
> autogen - The Automated Program Generator - Ver. 5.5.3
> $ mv fixincl.x fixincl.x.5.2.5

So, I don't see a difference. What version and platform
are you using, exactly? The template hasn't changed in
two years:
