Putting the string "arm" in summary search field gives a list of bugs that
mention the string "arm" somewhere. Now, changing the default columns to
show the target string instead of the host reveals that there are at lest
some bugs where the "target" field is set to a string containing the
substring arm. However, going back to the search page and then asking for
a search on the target field for "arm" fails to find any bugs.
