I suspect many of these patches are going to be hard to test without
the full range of systems available, so I propose that for this file
for the next few weeks or so, that you (Kaveh) be responsible for it
(and the corresponding configury changes). That will make the initial
"figure everything out" phase more streamlined. After it settles down
and the rush of patches stop, we'll revert to the usual rules.
Unless, of course, a change breaks a build, in which case the usual
panic and fix things rules still apply ;-)
