[patch changes `int' to `unsigned int']

Funny thing is that the variable from which (I believe) the hw.physmem
is extracted was declared as `int' in the kernel.

I looked at /usr/src/sys/i386/i386/machdep.c, variable physmem.
This applies to -STABLE, I think -CURRENT does it differently.

Anyway, if it works, we're good.
