OK, it's in the first attachment.  (Two paragraphs moved from
`gcc-3.2/changes.html' to `gcc-3.2/index.html'.)

Changed to "Caveats and New Features".  Validated, browsed, and checked
in.  The updated patch is in the second attachment.  Enjoy!
