Re: gcc/ada/Make-lang.in: Some install tuning

Hello again,

here is a last update to that patch for the mainline or 3.3 version of
GCC's `gcc/ada/Make-lang.in'.  The only change relative to its
predecessor is that the patch contains additional effectless whitespace
fixes.  I have incorporated them here to complete similar formatting
attempts in the preceding version.

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu.  Again thanks to Matthias Klose for a
sufficiently fast platform with Ada support.

For a 3.2 version, see the previous posting.

Note that the $(MKDIR) insertions and the uninstall changes are
the only essential part.  The rest is mainly cosmetical.  (Well,
the command removals make some warnings disappear, and testing for
gnatdll's existence is reasonable.)  I have submitted them as one
diff because they initially overlapped, and submitting a stack of
incremental patches does not make things easier.

This needs approval and check-in.  Sorry for the noise.
