*Technical* comments on the patch (irrespective of its merits):
This isn't a mainline/3.3 patch, it's a 3.2 patch. Mainline and 3.3 use
@copying and need a separate patch.
A patch should do one thing and do it well: rearrangements of text in
manuals should be separated from changes to GFDL use. To quote
contribute.html, "Ideally, each change you send should be impossible to
subdivide into parts that we might want to consider separately, because
each of its parts gets its motivation from the other parts." Moving the
FDL/GPL in the manuals is independent of changing how the GFDL is used.
Removal of a file generated in the source directory (in this case
fsf-funding.7) should be accompanied with removal from .cvsignore.
