While preparing the patch, I saw only one change in January 2002, and
it didn't seem copyright-significant to me.

Oops, thanks, both are fixed now.

Doh. I checked for that, but since there were so many of those in
config/mips, I thought I had been mistaken and we were going in the
other direction. Fixed. I'm tweaking the recently-added _t1lib.c
too.
