Hmm, I believe this is a problem, respectively it would emphasize problems
we are already having.

What I'd like to see is a set of general remarks concerning GCC 3.2.x at
the very beginning (and we probably should rename the page, <title> and
<h1> to "GCC 3.2 Relase Series Changes, New Features..."), followed by
an <h2> for GCC 3.2.1 which lists general changes and then the PRs,
followed by an <h2> for GCC 3.2 which lists the PRs.

Are you interested in reworking your patch along these lines?
