No part of that patch was supposed to be applied to the mainline.
I've just backed out the changes to unwind-dw2-fde-darwin.c and
removed coretypes.h from the mainline again. I'm not sure how that
happened -- I think I might have had an inconsistent working copy.
Apologies.
coretypes.h should still be visible on the basic-improvements branch.
Could y'all give it another spin?
