I tested it as well as I could; built a cross-compiler for x86_64 with
it, ran my sibcall tests on that, and it all seemed to work well.
(However, I never managed to build more than just 'cc1' for x86_64,
assuming I'm having troubles with a missing glibc and/or headers for that
architecture.)

I may have forgotten something, if you're hinting to anything obvious
now, but other than that I'm curious to hear Honza's or Richard's opinion
on the patch.
