I ran tidy -e -asxhtml over the entire website as exposed in CVS; it
turned up a number of fairly obvious typos, and complained a lot about
the MetaHTML. Appended is a patch for the typos, which I will go
ahead and commit.

It also revealed that the entire java/ subdirectory is in very bad
shape. I will post separately about that.

Is there any way to get tidy to stop complaining about the lack of
"summary" attributes on tables?

	Markup typo fixes:
	* buildstat.html: Close <a> with </a>.
	* mirrors.html: Remove a number of unpaired </a> tags.
	* readings.html: Remove stray space in URL.
	* egcs-1.1/schedule.html: Correct link URLs.
	* libstdc++/thanks.html: Move misplaced </p> to proper location.
	* projects/beginner.html: Fix <li>/<p> nesting.
	* projects/cfg.html: Close <h2> with </h2>, not </h3>.
	* projects/optimize.html: Remove double <sup>.
